About Me I have been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 23 years and have worked in many different areas of OT. The last year and a half I have been working at Northeast Pediatric Therapy in North Carolina. At NE Peds we see children with such diagnoses as: Autism, Developmental delays, ADHD/ADD, PDD, Sensory Integration disorders and many others. Over the last 23 years I have lived and worked in four different states. My wonderful experiences and as OTA have allowed me to work in many different areas of OT. I have worked in skilled nursing, psychiatric hospitals, out-patient hand clinics, children in a sub-acute hospital, and preemie babies. I loved working with the pre-mature babies. I have personal experience with my own child who has sensory issues and ADHD/Hyperactivity. I am able to give my parents great advice as a therapist and a parent. I have recently become certified in "Infant Massage"
